MODEL 224B BEVELMASTER END PREPARATION SYSTEM

Model 224B BEVELMASTER is a portable ID mounted machine for weld end preparation for pipe 8.00” (219.1mm) to 24.00” (610mm). A unique mandrel system provides an ID mounting range of 6.813” (173.1mm) to 24.630” (625.6mm) with interchangeable mounting blocks and spacer set. Three adjustable tool holders provide simultaneous beveling, facing and counterboring over the full range.This heavy-duty machine incorporates a 2-speed gearbox to optimize the cutting speeds over the machining range. Options include elbow mandrels for “fittings” within the size range, ID tracking module, miter mandrel, and single point module. For safety, the cutting head rotation and speed is controlled by a dead man lever and flow control valve.
