MODEL 214B BEVELMASTER END PREPARATION SYSTEM

Model 214B BEVELMASTER is a portable ID mounted pipe machine for weld end preparation for pipe 4.00” (114.3mm) to 14.00” (355.6mm) (except 4” Sch XX). A unique mandrel system provides an ID mounting range of 3.44” (87.38mm) to 14” (355.6mm) with interchangeable mounting blocks and spacer set. Three adjustable tool holders provide for simultaneous beveling, facing and counter- boring over the full range. Options include elbow mandrels for “fittings” within the size range, ID tracking module, miter mandrel, and single point module. For safety, the cutting head rotation and speed is controlled by a dead man lever and flow control valve.
