MODEL 208B BEVELMASTER END PREPARATION SYSTEM

Model 208B BEVELMASTER is a portable ID mounted machine for weld end preparation for pipe 2.00” (60.3mm) to 8.00” (219.1mm) (except 2” Sch XX requires a special mandrel). A unique mandrel system provides an ID mounting range of 1.63” (41.4mm) to 8.87” (225.30mm) with interchangeable slide jaws and mounting blocks. Three adjustable tool holders provide for simultaneous beveling, facing, and counterboring over the full range. Options include elbow mandrels for “fittings” within the size range and full support mandrels for thin wall pipe and a flange-facing module. For safety, the cutting head rotation and speed is controlled by a dead man lever and flow control valve.
